Insulation panels made from recycled paper protect your goods from heat and cold. Choose Basic with exposed paper panels or Pro with cardboard-covered insulation.

Inside the insulation
Paper fibres trap air inside the panels.
The trapped air slows heat transfer. Coolant packs and shipping conditions also determine how long goods remain within the required temperature range.

Two versions
Paper Basic and Paper Pro compared.
Both versions use paper insulation. They differ in the panel covering and the available size range.
Exposed paper insulation
Paper Basic
The paper panels sit inside the outer carton without an additional cardboard covering. Basic is suitable when you do not need an extra lining around the payload space.

The insulation panels are fully covered with cardboard. No paper fibres are exposed inside the lined payload space.

Paper insulation and disposal
Simply recycle the box and panels with paper.
Our paper insulated boxes are made from almost 100% recycled material and are easy to dispose of with paper recycling. Place the outer carton, paper panels and, for Paper Pro, the cardboard inner lining in paper recycling. Remove coolant packs and product packaging first.
30 or 60 mm wall thickness?
Basic has 30 mm walls. Depending on the size, Pro is available with 30 or 60 mm walls. The right box depends on your goods, coolant packs, transit time and ambient temperatures.

Paper Line combines paper insulation and a cardboard inner lining with pre-qualified packouts for 2–8 °C, 15–25 °C and frozen applications.
The standard THERMOCON coolant pack fits all five Paper Line sizes, as a Foam Brick or a hard-shell pack. Basic and Pro are supplied as insulated boxes without coolant packs, for your individual configuration.

We offer pre-qualified Paper Line systems for shipping with dry ice. If you want to use a Basic or Pro box, we will review the box, goods and packout with you. Follow the handling and transport instructions for dry ice.
Yes. Depending on the quantity, we can develop a box to your dimensions. Send us the dimensions of your goods, planned quantity, temperature range and transit time.
Remove the goods, product packaging and coolant packs. Place the box and paper panels in paper recycling. Follow the product-specific disposal instructions for the coolant packs.
