Paper Line combines paper insulation and a cardboard inner lining with pre-qualified packouts for pharma and biotech. Five system sizes from 9 to 70 litres are available for 2–8 °C, 15–25 °C and frozen applications.

Material and disposal
Simply recycle the paper box and insulation with paper.
Paper Line makes disposal after cold chain shipping simple: place the outer carton, cardboard inner lining and paper insulation in paper recycling. Remove your goods, their packaging and the coolant packs first.

The standard THERMOCON coolant pack fits all five Paper Line sizes, as a Foam Brick or a hard-shell pack. Changing box size does not require a different coolant pack format.

About the test profile: Heat and Cold represent defined ambient temperature profiles according to ISTA 7E. Duration is measured at the critical point within the payload space.
Durations apply to the tested packout. When selecting a system, we consider your payload, coolant preconditioning, transit time and ambient temperatures.

Paper Line 53 with dry ice: Under the ISTA 7E Heat profile, this packout maintains temperatures below −15 °C for at least 136 hours.

Paper Line combines a paper insulated box with a cardboard inner lining and a pre-qualified packout. Standard coolant packs or dry ice are used depending on the temperature requirement. The relevant packing instructions define the coolant, quantity, arrangement and preparation.
Yes. The standard THERMOCON coolant pack fits all five sizes from 9 to 70 litres and is available as a Foam Brick or hard-shell pack. The packing instructions specify the type, quantity, position and preconditioning for each packout.
Paper Line offers tested systems for 2–8 °C, controlled room temperature at 15–25 °C and frozen goods below −15 °C. Frozen applications are available with PCM coolant packs or dry ice packouts.
Choose one of the five system sizes from the dropdown, together with the temperature range and required transit time. The selector shows the tested minimum duration for your size. “Enquire about system” transfers the details to the form. If the stated duration is insufficient, we will advise you on a suitable alternative.
Remove the coolant packs, product packaging and loose films. The box, cardboard inner lining and paper panels can go into paper recycling. Follow the product-specific disposal instructions for the coolant packs.
