What information is required?
- Identification and quantity of components, including coolant pack type, inserts and permitted product load.
- Preconditioning, temperature at packing or target state, and permitted staging times.
- Packing sequence, positions, orientation and closure; images or clear diagrams support identification.
- Checks before dispatch, such as component inspection, logger activation and documentation of the variant used.
How are deviations handled?
Missing parts or supposedly equivalent replacement components must not be improvised. The prescribed procedure defines who assesses deviations and approves changes. The instructions themselves are not a new qualification: their specifications must agree with the existing system evidence. Obsolete versions must be clearly separated from valid versions in the work area.
