Quick assembly
THERMOCON pallet shipping systems are quick and easy to assemble from just a few components. The joints are designed for error-free assembly, with no additional components requiring complex fastening.
Adjustable internal volume
Modular extension frames allow the pallet systems to be expanded as required. This lets you adapt the payload space to each shipment and minimise unused space.
Multiple temperature ranges
By changing the coolant pack set, the same pallet system can be used for temperature ranges of +2 to +8 °C, +15 to +25 °C and −15 to −25 °C. All pallet shippers can also be used with dry ice.

Pre-qualification with summer and winter profiles to AFNOR NF S99-700
The Pallet Line was tested in climate chambers using seasonal coolant pack configurations for summer and winter external temperatures. Performance documentation is available for each system. The illustration below is based on an actual test of the Pallet Transporter 1210 for +2 to +8 °C under a summer profile.
Quality assurance
Tests are based on established ASTM and WHO guidelines. The climate chambers and temperature loggers are calibrated annually.
Multiple measurement points
Sensors are positioned diagonally within the payload space to record temperature differences.
Minimal payload
Tests are carried out with an empty or minimally loaded payload space to represent thermally demanding worst-case conditions.
