MEDIUM and LARGE use the same system design: a reusable box, VIP insulation and PCM coolant packs. The required temperature range determines the PCM pack configuration.

The Medi Line is suited to deliveries that call for a reusable box and easy access to the products.
Direct access to your products
The top vacuum insulation panel is integrated into the lid. Opening the lid gives direct access to the payload space, with no separate VIP panel to remove.
For regular delivery runs
The impact-resistant plastic box is easy to clean and stack. Folding handles make it comfortable to carry, and the sturdy latches can be fitted with security seals.
One packing process for summer and winter
For the selected temperature range, the PCM pack configuration and pre-conditioning procedure are the same in summer and winter. Follow the corresponding packing instructions.

High thermal performance for Cold, Ambient and Frozen
The THERMOCON Medi Line has been extensively tested for Frozen (−15 to −25 °C), Cold (+2 to +8 °C) and Ambient (+15 to +25 °C) under worst-case conditions with an empty payload space. Tests in our in-house climate chambers document high thermal performance under demanding temperature profiles.

What to know before first use.
How does the Medi Line differ from a standard insulated box?
The Medi Line is a reusable system combining a robust plastic box, vacuum insulation and PCM coolant packs. The top VIP panel is built into the lid, giving you direct access to the payload space when you open it.
How much space is available for my products?
The product carton provides approximately 6 litres of payload space in MEDIUM and 18 litres in LARGE. Also check the internal carton dimensions when choosing a size: approximately 260 × 120 × 190 mm and 390 × 270 × 170 mm respectively.
Do I need to change the pack configuration between summer and winter?
For the selected temperature range, the same PCM coolant packs and pre-conditioning procedure are used in summer and winter. For each target temperature, follow the corresponding system configuration and packing instructions.
Do the stated durations also apply to deliveries with multiple stops?
The published durations are based on ISTA 7E tests with an empty payload space. Repeated opening and your actual delivery route need to be assessed separately. Please tell us the transport duration, ambient conditions and planned stops.
Can the box be cleaned and secured?
The plastic box is designed for reuse and can be cleaned. The sturdy latches can be fitted with security seals. Inspect the box, insulation and coolant packs before each reuse.
Can you test a custom temperature profile?
Yes. Custom temperature ranges and test profiles are available on request. To discuss a suitable configuration, we need details such as the target temperature, transport duration, product dimensions and planned delivery process.
