On 19 November 2024, the Cold Chain Forum Italy took place in Milan, providing an ideal platform to discuss current topics and innovations in cold chain logistics. We were pleased to contribute our expertise and present our innovative thermal packaging solutions to an interested professional audience. A platform for exchange and collaboration
The forum brought together industry experts and partners to explore current challenges and opportunities in cold chain logistics. Through our talks and presentations, we aimed to provide insights into forward-looking solutions and lay the foundations for new approaches and partnerships.
Solutions for the demanding requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
A key focus of the forum was the technical challenges of cold chain logistics, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. We presented our passive thermal packaging solutions, including THERMOCON Pallet Shippers with PCM packs (phase change material) and dry ice. These solutions were developed to provide reliable, consistent temperature control over extended transport times. Particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, where temperature-sensitive products require safe storage and delivery, these passive systems offer an efficient way to meet demanding cold chain requirements.
Live demonstrations and practical examples
A highlight of the forum was the live demonstrations at the Alha Pharma Center, where we presented our products in realistic application scenarios. Participants experienced first-hand how our solutions help meet stringent cold chain requirements and how they can be integrated seamlessly into existing logistics processes.
Innovation through collaboration

We are equally grateful to all participants, whose questions and suggestions enriched the discussions.
