THERMOCON exhibited at and sponsored the PharmaLog Conference 2026 in Budapest. The event brought together specialists in pharmaceutical logistics, cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled transport. We enjoyed a day of productive discussions, new contacts and fresh ideas for safe, efficient and reliable cold chain shipping of temperature-sensitive goods.
The PharmaLog Conference provided a forum for discussing current challenges in the pharmaceutical supply chain. Topics included temperature-controlled transport, sustainable logistics processes, digitalisation and practical solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech and logistics applications. Sharing the event with our partner Direkt Fuvar Kft. also gave us the opportunity to meet people in person, make new contacts and speak directly with industry specialists.
THERMOCON Pallet Line: modular, high-performance and practical
A particular highlight was the presentation by our specialist Martin Raack on the qualification of the THERMOCON Pallet Transporter. Using real examples, he showed how passive pallet shippers can support the safe, reliable transport of temperature-sensitive goods under controlled temperature conditions. In pharmaceutical and biotech logistics, qualifying thermal packaging is essential. It underpins predictable processes, stable temperature conditions and a reliable cold chain over several days. THERMOCON Pallet Line is a high-performance, pre-qualified thermal packaging system for large shipments. It was developed for demanding pharmaceutical, biotech and logistics applications and combines flexibility, robustness and ease of handling.
The THERMOCON standard range of pallet shippers offers short lead times and involves no tooling costs. The shippers are easy to assemble, can be expanded using modular components and provide a robust structure. This makes them particularly suitable for companies that need to transport large shipments under controlled temperature conditions. The modular design also allows the payload volume to be increased or reduced to suit requirements. This provides maximum flexibility and can often make stockholding more cost-effective. Another practical advantage is the THERMOCON standard coolant pack, which is compatible with many THERMOCON shipper ranges.
