The HDPE outer box with sealable, sturdy closures is made of highly durable, impact-resistant plastic. It is long-lasting, easy to clean, and provides reliable protection against external influences.
Vacuum insulation panels
The vacuum insulation panels (VIP) ensure outstanding thermal performance. They minimize heat exchange and enable constant temperature maintenance, even under extreme conditions.
Phase Change Material (PCM)
PCM cooling elements provide superior temperature stability. They melt and solidify at precisely defined temperatures, allowing them to absorb or release heat as needed. This ensures that the cooling chain remains reliably intact, even during temperature fluctuations.

The THERMOCON Medi Line has been extensively tested for temperature ranges Frozen (-15 to -25 °C), Cold (+2 to +8 °C), and Ambient (+15 to +25 °C) under worst-case conditions (empty product space). Tests conducted in our in-house climate chambers ensure reliable thermal performance and compliance with demanding temperature profiles.
