Robust hard-shell cooling pack for reusable packouts
HDPE PRO is a water-based cooling pack with a phase transition at 0 °C and an extra-robust HDPE casing. Its construction permits defined expansion during freezing and therefore reduces uncontrolled bulging. This supports repeatable packouts in which cooling elements must be positioned precisely.

Application: HDPE PRO is intended for repeated use in suitably designed passive thermal packaging. Suitability, quantity and position of the packs must match the complete packaging system, payload and transport profile.
Preconditioning: Temperature and duration depend on the validated or tested packout. The 0 °C phase transition must not be equated with the product temperature. Inspect the casing and closure for damage before every reuse.
