Gelpack BASIC 0 °C – 200 to 680 g
Water-based gel pack for single-use shipping concepts
Gelpack BASIC is a film-based cooling element with a phase transition at 0 °C. Six formats from 200 to 680 g are available. It is intended for suitably designed thermal packaging when an economical cooling element is required for a single-use application.

Preconditioning: Freeze gel packs completely while they are lying flat. The required temperature and duration depend on the packaging, packout and transport profile. The 0 °C phase transition must not be equated with the product temperature.
Application: Gelpack BASIC is suitable for temperature-controlled shipments whose packaging system is designed for a water-based cooling element. Achievable temperature and duration depend on the thermal packaging, payload, number and position of the gel packs and ambient conditions.
