HDPE BASIC is a robust cooling pack with an HDPE casing and water filling. Three formats from 200 to 750 g are available for suitably designed passive thermal packaging.

Application: HDPE BASIC is intended for repeated use. The quantity and position of the packs must match the complete packaging system, payload and transport profile.
Preconditioning: Freeze the packs completely; temperature and duration depend on the tested packout. The 0 °C phase transition must not be equated with product temperature. Inspect the casing and closure before every reuse. The exterior can be cleaned with warm water.
