67041 and SP 4: same volume, different dimensions
67041: narrower and taller inside
The 67041 has an internal space of 7 ⅞ × 4 ¾ × 5 ¼ in, with 1 ⅛-in walls.
Compared with SP 4, it gives you an extra inch of internal height but 1 ¼ in less width. Both are listed at 3.2 L.
SP 4: wider, with thicker walls
SP 4 has an internal space of 7 ¾ × 6 × 4 ¼ in and 1 ½-in walls. It is wider and shallower inside than the 67041. Check the fit of the complete packout, including coolant packs and protective material, rather than choosing by liters alone.
Specify the packing format with your order
For SP 4, the catalog lists 240 units per pallet, or 120 in the kitted/boxed format. SP 16 is listed at 63 per pallet, or 54 kitted/boxed. The format changes the delivery quantity even though the box model stays the same.

Can EPS shippers be used with dry ice or coolant packs?
Yes. Select the shipper and complete packout for the required product temperature, shipping duration and payload.
What does payload volume mean?
It is the usable product space stated for the model. Check the listed dimensions and allow for any coolant packs or additional packaging required by your configuration.
What is included in a typical shipper?
The EPS container and matching lid form the basic configuration. Some models also use an extension frame. Confirm the selected product and packaging quantity when requesting pricing.
