- REFRIGERATED +2 to +8°C: 2 - 3 days
- CRT +15 to +25°C: 3,5+ days
- Upon request, we can individually qualify products in our own climate chambers, according to your needs and problem.

HDPE outer box
The HDPE outer box with sealable, sturdy closures is made of highly durable, impact-resistant plastic. It is long-lasting, easy to clean, and provides reliable protection against external influences.
Vacuum insulation panels
The vacuum insulation panels (VIP) ensure outstanding thermal performance. They minimize heat exchange and enable constant temperature maintenance, even under extreme conditions.
Phase Change Material (PCM)
PCM cooling elements provide superior temperature stability. They melt and solidify at precisely defined temperatures, allowing them to absorb or release heat as needed. This ensures that the cooling chain remains reliably intact, even during temperature fluctuations.
High-performance thermobox with the simplest handling
Instant product access
The well-designed construction with a lid-integrated VIP panel allows direct and quick access to the product. No loose components.
Cooling pack standard size
Our standard cooling element sizes fit all box sizes. Maximum flexibility with reduced storage costs.
Same packing process
Using the same cooling elements and the same preconditioning for both summer and winter conditions simplifies the packing process and prevents errors.
Practical handles
The practical carrying handles ensure safe, comfortable transport and make lifting and carrying easy, even when fully loaded.
Reliable performance
The THERMOCON Medi Line has been extensively tested under worst-case conditions (empty product chamber). Tests carried out in our in-house climate chambers ensure reliable thermal performance and compliance with demanding temperature profiles.
